Princess Anne Builders is celebrating 25 years of quality
home building.
When Sid Wood decided to start his own building company,
after years of working for local builders, he wanted
to surround his self with individuals with the same
experience and goals to assist him in the smooth operation
of Princess Anne Builders. We are proud to announce
we will be celebrating our 25th anniversary next year,
and could not have done it without one of the best teams in the building
industry with over 100 years combined experience.

The field is comprised of :
Don Dickerson - with over 17 years with Princess
Anne Builders he oversees construction of the homes
built in Emerald Forest in Chesapeake. Don is a
very hands on supervisor and has done it all from
framing to interior trim he knows quality construction and has
an eye for detail.
Haywood Ricks - who has been with us 10 years, Haywood
handles all warranty issues and assists in supervising.
Troy Miller - has been with us 5 years and oversees
the construction of the homes located in Camden,
North Carolina. Troy comes to us also with previous
construction experience and has definitely been
a asset in North Carolina.
